The methodFounder of Entegro. He builds and runs fractional COO engagements for founder-led companies, and he owns the method this program teaches. He is on live engagements this quarter, which is the only reason the curriculum stays current rather than dated. He runs every group call alongside Tyler, reviews proposals in the deal room, and sits the 1:1s. What he teaches on Tuesday is what he billed on Monday.
Tyler Nelson
Systems and growthOperating partner across Entegro engagements and the systems this program installs. He built the practice backend the material teaches, from the money stack to the client dashboards, and he signed his own first fractional engagement 14 days in. He publishes his practice scorecard weekly with real numbers, including the bad weeks, because a scorecard you only show when it looks good is not a scorecard.
