Built by Entegro · A working fractional COO firm

You ran the company. Now run your own.

A 90-day program that takes seasoned COOs and Integrators from their last W-2 to a running fractional practice. Every framework comes from engagements the firm is billing this quarter, not from a textbook.

THE GAP

You know how to run a company. Nobody showed you how to run a practice.

01 / 05

Operators arrive with the same five worries, in roughly the same order. Here is what each one is made of, and what closes it.

01

Landing the first client.

Selling your own work is a different muscle than running someone else's company. You get coaching on your real pipeline, a role-play before every discovery call, and a proposal review before every send, inside 24 hours. Covered in your weeks 3 to 8.
02

The gap between your last paycheck and your first invoice.

Usually a pricing and packaging problem, not a demand problem. You learn to sell a bounded outcome rather than a monthly rate, which is a faster close and a smaller yes. Covered in your weeks 1 to 8. Run the Rate Floor to see what your number has to clear.
03

Imposter syndrome.

You do not lack competence. You lack evidence that it transfers. So you leave every week with an artifact instead of a feeling, and two published rubrics tell you where you actually stand. Covered across all 90 days.
04

Missing tools and systems.

Two operating systems, installed. The Practice OS you run your business on and the Client Delivery OS you run engagements on. Templates and setup guides for each. Covered before week 1, and again in your weeks 9 to 11.
05

Doing it alone.

A peer pod under 10 people who know your pipeline by name, and a network that keeps going after day 90. From day 1, and it does not stop at day 90.
WHY THIS ONE

Three things a course cannot do.

02 / 05
01 · Proof over theory

Taught by a working firm.

The curriculum is Entegro's own method, drawn from live engagements and anonymized where needed. Andrew owns the method and is on engagements this quarter. Tyler runs the systems and publishes his own numbers. The material is current because the people teaching it are still using it.

02 · Systems over slides

Leave with the complete stack.

Every tool, template and playbook we run in our own practice: billing, pipeline, proposals, dashboards, delivery playbooks, with setup guides for each. Everything you need to install it is included. Hands-on setup done for you is the Launchpad add-on.

03 · Clients, not content

Coached through real deals.

One outcome runs the whole program: a practice that works. Your actual outreach, your actual calls, your actual proposals, reviewed inside 24 hours by people who close this work for a living.

The math

What 1 engagement does to a $10,000 decision.

Fractional COO retainers mostly run $5,000 to $18,000 a month for 5 to 20 hours a week. Across Entegro's book, engagements average 20.4 months. Here is how 1 engagement at different points in that band covers the program.

The method, in practice

Built for 90 days. Tested in 14.

The Lab runs 90 days because most operators are building a pipeline from scratch while they learn to sell. Tyler signed his first engagement 14 days after he started running the method. Your number will depend on your network and your market. The 90 days are there so the method has room to work.

Tens of engagements across embedded operator, advisory, and project work.

~92%

of revenue reaches the operator. One practice, low overhead, priced on outcomes rather than hours.

The client book

We don't just teach the method. We run it.

Entegro is a working fractional COO firm with a live client book. When it has more work than its partners can take, Lab graduates are the first people we call.

Referrals depend on fit and timing. Volume is never promised.

WHY THIS EXISTS

There was a Tuesday.

Not the day the work got hard. Hard was never the problem. You have run harder quarters than most people will ever see.

It was the day you watched a plan you built get walked back. Again. The team you spent a year aligning, pointed somewhere else by a decision made above the work. The culture you were quietly holding together, undone in a single meeting you were not in.

You did the work. The work could not land.

That is what actually drains an operator. Not the hours and not the pressure. The distance between what you were capable of and what the room would allow. Doing your best work inside a system that made it impossible for that work to matter.

Here is what nobody says out loud: you were never the risk. Betting your best operating years on someone else's decisions, that was the risk.

Running your own practice isn't the reckless option.
It's the engineered one.
WHO THIS IS NOT FOR

Two ways to get turned down.

04 / 05

You would take the right W-2 tomorrow.

The outreach load in your weeks 3 through 8 assumes you are all the way out. Half-in does not just fail for you, it costs the 9 other operators in your pod who are all the way in. If you have an exit dated on the calendar, that counts. If you are exploring, start with Core.

The first-client problem is behind you.

If you have 3 or more clients and the question is growing and optimizing the book rather than starting it, the 90 days is not what you need. Accelerate is. One or two clients is not this. That is mid-program, and the 90 days is exactly what you need.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

The questions we get on every call.

05 / 05
What happens if I do not sign a client by day 90?
We keep working with you until you do. Group calls, the deal room, your pod and your accountability coach continue at no additional cost. One condition, and it is in your agreement rather than buried in a footnote: you have to have done the work. The requirements are specific and you see them before you sign, so you always know where you stand. It is a commitment about what we do, not a promise about what you will get. We make no income claims and you should be skeptical of anyone in this category who does.
Is this a course or coaching?
Neither on its own. Roughly 20% of your time is content. The other 80% is doing the work with people watching: deliberate practice on your real deals, a pod under 10 who know your pipeline by name, 3 1:1s, 2 readiness reviews against published rubrics, and an accountability coach from day 1 whose job is noticing when you fall behind. You are not buying information. You can get information for $1,995. You are buying the thing that makes you actually do it.
I am still employed. Should I join?
Probably not yet, and we will tell you that on the call. This is built for operators who have left corporate on purpose or have an exit dated on the calendar. If you would take the right W-2 offer tomorrow, the program will not work the way it is designed to, because the outreach load in your weeks 3 through 8 assumes you are all the way in. It is also not respectful to the 9 other people in your pod who are.
How much time does it take each week?
Plan on one 90-minute group call plus 3 to 5 hours of work: outreach, call prep, proposal drafts and system installs. Your weeks 3 through 8 are the heaviest, because that is when you are actually selling.
What is rolling enrollment, and what happens to my pod?
You start on a rolling basis rather than waiting for a fixed date. There are no start dates to wait for, but capacity is real: we start 10 operators a month so the pods stay small and the reviews stay fast, and when a month fills you take the next one. You are placed in a peer pod capped under 10 operators. When a pod outgrows the cap it splits, which spreads what the pod knows across the network instead of trapping it in one room. Pods never end.
Do you really route work to graduates?
Entegro routes engagements it cannot staff to qualified graduates under a clear originator and deliverer split. Routing depends on fit, capacity and client consent, and it is at the firm's discretion. We will not tell you how many to expect, because we do not know, and any number we gave you would be a sales number rather than a real one.
What is included, and what costs extra?
The complete stack, meaning every template, playbook and setup guide we use, is included. Hands-on setup done for you is the Launchpad add-on. Software subscriptions in your own stack are yours. Accelerate continues after day 90.
